Delivery times

Standard shipping usually takes 10 to 30 business days; express shipping typically arrives within 7 to 20 business days. Timeframes exclude weekends and public holidays, and begin once your personalised book has been printed.

Shipping costs

Costs depend on your location and the shipping method you select; the exact fee is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Once payment is completed, the shipping method cannot be changed.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email within three business days of your order being shipped. If the link doesn't work after 24 hours, or you haven't received tracking information, contact support@wonderwraps.com.

Address changes

We can update your shipping address as long as your order hasn't shipped yet - email support@wonderwraps.com as soon as possible.

Customs and duties

Prices on our website do not include taxes, customs duties, or import fees. Depending on your country's regulations, these may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Unclaimed or refused packages

Please make sure your delivery details are correct and collect your package promptly once it arrives at your local pickup point or post office. Carriers hold packages for a limited time; if a package is not collected, is refused, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it is returned or destroyed by the carrier and cannot be recovered. Because every book is personalised and printed specifically for your child, we are unable to resend or refund orders that were delivered to the correct address but not collected. If you believe your package was lost in transit rather than unclaimed, contact us at support@wonderwraps.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Late orders

If your delivery exceeds the estimated window, contact support@wonderwraps.com and we will look into it.
